Last year we started growing our own fruit & veg. to supply the restaurant which has proved to be very popular with our guests.
Where we are unable to use our own produce, we source our meat, vegetables, potatoes, eggs, bacon, sausages, etc., from local suppliers to ensure the best possible quality.
